The Space
Icon Villa features three luxurious bedrooms - a grand master suite with private jacuzzi, and two additional guest rooms, all with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private balconies. Additional amenities include a modern kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and multiple terraces to take in the stunning ocean vistas. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

Location
Icon Villa is located in the tranquil beachside neighborhood of Chaweng Noi. Popular Chaweng Beach is just a 10-15 minute drive, while golf courses, water sports and the airport are all 20-25 minutes away. The villa provides the perfect secluded tropical escape while still being close to all that Koh Samui has to offer.

If help needed or something to complain about was promptly responded and everything was done to our satisfaction. The property offers breathtaking views of Chaweng Beach. It is located high up in the hills of Koh Samui, and is very easily accessible by scooter or car (very convenient location close to Chaweng Beach). In general, it is a very nice villa with a lot of privacy. For certain things, e.g. furniture, would be necessary for minor renovations, but this did not disturb in any way. The value for money is absolutely right. We were picked up easily and free of charge from the airport and brought back at the end of our stay. I would recommend it to everyone's service and the accommodation!

The villa is located in a beautiful environment with a beautiful view, the house is well decorated and exquisite, the room is clean, the washing machine and kitchen facilities are easy to use, and the tableware and kitchenware are fully equipped. Rent for one week, the landlord arranged for tranquility and one change of towel supplies.The staff was very friendly and helpful! Give us the best experience in Koh Samui. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a quiet environment to escape the noise, really private.

We have stayed at this villa for 9 nights and just didn’t want to leave! It is purely AMAZING! It really is even better in reality than on pictures!
There is not one bad thing that I can say about this villa, so will elaborate on the good things:
• The hosts are very nice, responsive and helpful
• The villa is truly luxurious, very clean and very well maintained
• The villa is very private and you are literally surrounded by the nature
• The view is breathtaking
• The villa is located on a hill in a quiet area, but if you want a bit of “action” then it takes only about 15 min on a scooter and you are in the busy area of Chaweng. (The only thing is that the road to/from the villa is very steep, but it is easily accessible by scooter (if you are a first time scooter driver can be a bit challenging, but if you drove it at least one time before then it should be ok)).
Overall I give this host and villa a 10/10! Totally recommend it and I hope that we will be back there again soon!

The Villa is in the exact same condition as displayed on the photos and the view is just even so much better when you're there.
The Villa in combination with all the services that are provided with it makes this Villa a true hidden gem.
The only downside is that the road to the villa is quite steep in some places so when it rains I wouldn't recommend driving it yourself if you're not an experienced driver because it can be a bit tricky.
But other than that, the Villa, the view, the host, the services, everything is on point. Would definitely recommend if you visit Koh Samui!

I stayed at Icon villa with konstantin hosting. The place is breathtaking and perfectly located between Chaweng and lami with fisherman’s Village local as well. The views are amazing even better than some public view points we visited on the island. The house is modern and looks like something from a movie. Konstantin himself was a great host, he was always available and even provided airport transfers too and from the airport.I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend for anyone staying in Koh Samui it’s absolutely magical.
